Qualifications

• 12+ years IT experience in solutions/enterprise architecture.
• Experience architecting large-scale enterprise platforms and complex integrations.
• DME/healthcare/pharmacy/medical device industry preferred.
• Cloud-native and hybrid architectures using API-led connectivity.
• Strong data architecture, security and compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee integrations across DME, Pharmacy, CRM, ERP, fulfillment, billing, payer, customer service, and analytics platforms.
• Design API-first integration strategies utilizing modern patterns, event-driven architectures, and microservices.
• Develop end-to-end solution architectures supporting customer acquisition, onboarding, order fulfillment, billing, service and engagement.
• Collaborate with enterprise integration teams to establish reusable services, APIs, and data exchange standards.
• Define system resiliency, performance, monitoring and disaster recovery requirements.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards.
