Job summary

CYFR Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to translate protocol specifications into customer-ready platform documentation for IT administrators.

You will author API references, deployment guides, and runbooks while collaborating with engineering and security teams in a remote, async-first environment. Establish standards and maintain a MkDocs/Material-based documentation site, including diagrams and SOC 2/ISO audit evidence.

Qualifications

We need a technical writer who can take a protocol specification written by our cryptographer and turn it into documentation that a customer's IT administrator can implement. Our documentation is the bridge between deeply technical infrastructure and the people who need to operate it — and it needs to be excellent.

Responsibilities

• — Work directly with engineering and security teams to extract technical detail and translate it into clear, accurate prose
