7Seventy is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to own and develop comprehensive technical documentation for an AI-powered cybersecurity platform. You will own the end-to-end docs system—integration guides, admin guides, API references, developer resources, and release notes—while collaborating with product, engineering, customer success, and sales engineering.

You will focus on enterprise and MSSP contexts, ensure accuracy and usability, and drive docs-as-code workflows for reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional technical writing for software products.
• 2+ years documenting APIs, integrations, or infrastructure-adjacent tech.
• Owns a complete technical docs system end-to-end.
• Portfolio showing ability to explain complex tech clearly.
• Collaborates with engineers and product managers to gather details.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing technical documentation platform and workflow.
• Develop accurate, searchable documentation for SOC analysts and admins.
• Create comprehensive integration guides and reusable templates.
• Produce API references and developer content with engineering input.
• Publish release notes describing changes, benefits, and limits.
• Document AI-powered investigations, evidence, uncertainty, and actions.
