Clearwater Analytics seeks a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain content that helps clients and employees leverage Clearwater’s product set. Reporting to the Technical Content Team Lead, you own content end to end, drafting through publication in collaboration with product leads and SMEs to keep documentation current with releases.

This hands-on role produces high-quality content, uses AI tools to accelerate drafting, and mentors junior writers while strengthening the team’s knowledge

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional technical writing experience for varied audiences.
• Strong editorial judgment on style, taxonomy, and formatting.
• Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., Claude) into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Document complex fintech SaaS products for external and internal audiences.
• Draft content live with SMEs, translating complex topics into clear language.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Maintain and evolve the knowledge base with editorial standards and templating.
• Contribute to AI feature improvements, design strategy, and video library.
• Manage content pipeline through Jira and keep pace with releases.
• Mentor junior writers and provide editorial feedback to the team.
