Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, technical communications, CS, or similar.
- 7+ years of experience as a technical writer for a developer audience in a fast-paced software company.
- Proven experience writing API and programming documentation for developer audiences.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain API documentation, knowledge base content, and developer guides.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and client teams to document APIs.
- Lead documentation initiatives with minimal supervision and drive projects to completion.
- Use AI tools to improve content quality while ensuring accuracy and security.
