Job summary

Clearwater Analytics, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Writer to create and maintain curated content for clients and employees across our extensive product set. Reporting to the Technical Content Team Lead, you will own content end to end—from drafting through publication—partnering with product leads and SMEs to stay aligned with releases in a fast-paced AI-enabled FinTech space.

This is a hands-on writing role: you’ll produce high-caliber documentation, evolve editorial standards, and mentor

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional technical writing for complex topics.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflow for efficiency.
• Strong editorial judgment and ability to standardize content.
• Collaborative team player able to work with SMEs and product teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Document complex fintech products for external and internal audiences.
• Draft content live with SMEs in iterative sessions.
• Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and editing while maintaining quality.
• Maintain and evolve knowledge base, style, taxonomy and templates.
• Manage content pipeline through Jira; mentor junior writers.
