You will partner with engineers, product managers, architects, and client teams to translate complex concepts into clear, accurate content for technical and non-technical audiences.

You will lead documentation initiatives, guide AI-assisted content creation, maintain style guidelines, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, technical communications, CS, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a technical writer for a developer audience.
• Proven ability to write API/documentation in a fast-paced software environment.
• Experience evaluating AI-generated content for accuracy and tone.

Responsibilities

• Create API documentation, programming guides, and developer resources.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and client teams.
• Lead documentation initiatives and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
• Develop API references, tutorials, and release documentation.
• Use AI tools while ensuring accuracy, security, and appropriate tone.
• Develop structured content, metadata, and reusable components.
