Collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Design, you will maintain consistent terminology, improve information architecture, and create reusable templates to scale content creation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a technical support role with a writing component in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong consistency and quality.
• Proven ability to build or improve repeatable, scalable content workflows.
• Solid understanding of knowledge base tools, CMS, style guides, and content standards.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish accurate product documentation on a reliable cadence with Product teams.
• Own and improve an AI-assisted workflow for collecting source material, drafting, and publication prep.
• Maintain navigable information architecture, terminology, and content structure to reduce user friction.
• Build reusable resources like style guides, templates, and contribution workflows for scalable authoring.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketing, and support to reflect new features and changes in content.
• Identify documentation and process gaps and propose improvements, including automation opportunities.

The position emphasizes building and running AI-assisted workflows that streamline how source material is collected, drafted, and published, while partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish accurate, well-structured product documentation on a reliable cadence in collaboration with Product teams.
• Own and continuously improve an AI-assisted workflow for collecting source material, drafting, and preparing content for publication.
• Maintain navigable information architecture, terminology, and content structure that reduces friction for users.
• Build reusable resources such as style guides, templates, and contribution workflows that enable others to author content at scale.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, product marketing, and support to ensure content reflects new features and changes accurately.
• Identify documentation and process gaps and propose improvements, including additional automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical writer or in a technical support role with a writing component, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to consistency and quality.
• Demonstrated experience building or improving repeatable processes and scalable content workflows.
• Solid understanding of knowledge base tools, content management systems, style guides, and content standards.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive solutions to resolution.

Nice to have

• Domain knowledge of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or related areas.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in using AI tools to improve writing and content workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
