Job summary

CGS Federal (Contact Government Services) is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Writer to provide consultative, analytical, and documentation support for a large Federal agency initiative. You will draft and maintain technical documentation across IT projects and work with stakeholders to define processes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical documentation, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• Drafting and development of technical documentation for IT projects.
• Work closely with project stakeholders to establish technical processes and procedures.
• Document projects through the SDLC.
• Provide status reports for multiple ongoing projects and related documentation efforts.
• Assist with both user and admin level documentation.
