Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Tech Writer/Editor to create and refine technical documentation for reports, manuals, proposals, and instruction materials. This full-time, remote role requires translating complex information into clear, user-friendly content and coordinating with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in technical writing, strong editing skills, and experience with documentation standards, SOPs, and content management systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience developing, editing, and maintaining technical documentation, reports, manuals, procedures, and proposals.
• HIPAA compliance knowledge in cloud data architecture and experience in federal environments.

Mansioni

• Write and update material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, instruction books, catalogs, and related technical and administrative publications concerned with work methods and procedures, and installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Refine work of writers and coordinate activities of writers engaged in preparing technical, scientific, medical, or other material for publication in conjunction with or independent from manufacturing, research, and related activities.
• Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.
• Utilize general application of concepts and principles.
• Develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity.
• Refer to policies and practices for guidance.
• Contribute to the completion of organizational projects and goals.
• Represent organization on specific projects.
