• Experience developing, editing, and maintaining technical publications.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise docs.
• Experience collaborating with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with MS Office and document collaboration tools.
• Manage multiple projects with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of publication standards and document control processes.
• Experience supporting proposal development, government contracting, defense, engineering, technology, or professional services.
• Familiarity with content management systems and workflows.
• Experience developing SOPs, training materials, or user guides.

Responsibilities

• Write and update material for reports, manuals, briefs, proposals, and related publications.
• Refine writers' work and coordinate activities of writers.
• Apply industry practices, standards, and best practices.
• Translate complex information into user-friendly documentation.
• Collaborate with SMEs, PgMs, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Develop practical solutions to problems of moderate scope.
• Contribute to organizational projects and represent the organization on projects.
