Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced technical writer to own and maintain documentation for Agentforce Sales and Salesforce Suites. You will produce clear, accurate content for Admin and end users, collaborate with product, engineering, and UX teams, and leverage Gen AI to streamline the content lifecycle.

You must have deep experience in software documentation, strong stakeholder management, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience documenting software for Admin and end user audiences.
• Ability to write accurate, concise, and approachable content.
• Familiarity with Gen AI tools and concepts to speed content lifecycles.
• Excellent project management skills.
