Job summary

Cayuse seeks a Technical Training Manager to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training strategies that support business process improvements and technology implementations. You will craft curricula, instructional design, and end-user performance support materials to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage multiple training initiatives, and align with project milestones and agency goals while upholding Cayuse’s values of

Qualifications

• 7+ years of training experience, including IT/instructional technology initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field.
• 2+ years in a training management role.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, BPM, and large software implementations.
• Experience creating job aids, manuals, and multimedia learning materials.
• Ability to apply ADDIE, SAM, and other instructional design models.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of training curricula aligned with Florida PALM and agency initiatives.
• Develop role-based learning paths, instructor materials, and eLearning modules.
• Apply adult learning principles to create effective learning solutions.
• Plan and deploy training strategies with schedules, comms, and milestones.
• Oversee multiple curriculum projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Create and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge-base articles.
• Collaborate with SMEs, project managers, and technical teams to assess needs.
• Support change management and user adoption through training readiness.
• Lead UAT training readiness and diverse training delivery formats.
