Job summary

CNA seeks a Technical Learning Senior Consultant to partner with business areas, shaping and delivering technical training solutions that build continuous learning. You will guide curricula, content, and tools across multiple lines of business to close skill gaps and support performance improvements.

The role requires strong design and delivery of online and instructor-led training, with experience in LMS platforms, multimedia content, and blended learning approaches. Hybrid work is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant training/education experience in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, and blended learning strategies.
• Proven ability to design and develop curricula, content, and programs for learning.
• Excellent program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates evaluation, enhancement and maintenance of learning courses and materials for the business unit.
• Conducts needs analyses with business leaders to identify learning needs and gaps.
• Designs and develops technical learning solutions including curricula, eLearning, and blended programs.
• Creates forums to support training delivery and collaborates with leadership to align materials with quality standards.
