Job summary

Screen Spe USA is seeking a Technical Training Manager to lead and develop the training center, deliver instructor-led sessions, supervise a team of trainers, and align curricula with global standards for field service engineers, installers, and customers.

The role requires hands-on management, curriculum development, certification programs, safety and PPE integration, and collaboration with Japan HQ and product engineering to keep training up to date.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or Semiconductor Tech.
• 7+ years supporting semiconductor capital equipment in various technical roles.
• 3+ years developing and delivering technical training programs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with SCREEN equipment preferred.
• Customer-facing environments experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design technical training for SCREEN product lines, including wet cleaning and front-end tools.
• Align training with global standards; collaborate with Japan HQ on content and certification.
• Develop training pathways for new hires and experienced engineers.
• Identify skill gaps and implement training plans to raise readiness.
• Support workforce planning by aligning training resources with business needs.
• Maintain alignment with equipment releases, engineering changes, and field support.
• Deliver classroom and field training at SCREEN facilities and customer sites.
• Maintain proficiency across product lines; act as SME for trainees and trainers.
• Lead by example in instruction and hands-on delivery.
• Manage schedules, instructors, classrooms, certifications, and records.
• Evaluate training via assessments, feedback, and KPIs.
• Support day-to-day operation of the Training Center.
• Coordinate with Service, Engineering, and Global Training teams.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Support on training needs.
• Share best practices with Japan HQ and global subsidiaries.
• Develop new product training materials and certification requirements.
