Job summary

Cayuse seeks a Business Process Manager to evaluate, improve, coordinate, and document business operations across financial units. You will provide strategic analysis, implementation planning, and leadership for special projects, aligning with Cayuse’s core values of Innovation, Excellence, Collaboration, Adaptability and Integrity.

The role requires cross-functional leadership, process documentation, and readiness activities to ensure successful system implementations.

Qualifications

Minimum seven (7) years of IT experience within enterprise environments.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience with business process analysis and organizational change initiatives.
Experience with project management on large, complex programs.
Background check is required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee financial management support activities across multiple units.
Lead business process improvement and documentation efforts, SOPs, and policy alignment.
Support organizational readiness, training planning, onboarding, and LMS tracking.
Facilitate cutover planning and readiness for system implementation.
Coordinate stakeholder meetings, reporting, and action tracking.
Lead cross-functional activities and executive-level status reporting.
