Exelon is seeking a Senior Training Specialist in Maryland to develop and deliver technical training, partnering with Engineering and Methods to set standards and procedures. Candidates should have a business degree or equivalent experience and strong communication skills.

The role may include extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies, with travel for training activities. Competitive salary and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years experience, or 6-9 years in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Strong observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain technical training content for new hires and incumbents.
• Develop training materials using systematic approach from analysis to evaluation.
• Collaborate with committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for programs.
• Work with line and training contacts to create innovative performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs to improve efficiency.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
