Exelon is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver training that integrates business processes with the skills and knowledge employees need to perform job duties safely and effectively.

The role partners with Engineering and Methods to research and develop standards, procedures, and processes. It requires collaboration with line committees and may demand extended hours for storms or energy delivery emergencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years related business experience, or in lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 6-9 years relevant business experience is required.
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training content required for new hire and incumbent employees to perform job duties safely and in accordance with Delivery procedures.
• Design, develop and maintain complex technical training materials.
• Partner with committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for training programs.
• Collaborates with line and training contacts to develop performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify program design to increase efficiency using LMS data.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
