Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to lead and deliver technical training, partnering with Engineering and Methods teams to set standards and drive improvement. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and effective learning across the organization.

Responsibilities include developing complex materials, evaluating training outcomes, and coordinating with committees to prioritize requirements. Travel may be required for storms or outages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4–7 years of experience.
• Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback abilities.
• Proficient computing skills in Windows and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training content for new hires and incumbents to perform duties safely and per procedures.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials using the systematic approach to training.
• Collaborate with curriculum committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for programs.
• Develop innovative performance improvement solutions with line and training contacts.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify programs to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
