Job summary

Baltimore Gas and Electric is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver technical training that aligns with business processes, ensuring safety and effectiveness for employees. You will partner with Engineering and Methods to research standards, procedures and processes for the business.

The role may require extended hours during storms or energy delivery emergencies, and involves managing large training projects and coordinating with multiple training committees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related AND 4-7 years related business experience.
• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Proven observation, evaluation, coaching and feedback skills.
• Computer skills in Windows and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training content for new hires and incumbents.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials.
• Collaborate with committees to set technical requirements and priorities.
• Develop innovative performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify program design.
• Manage large-scale training projects and timelines.
