Job summary

Exelon is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to develop and deliver training integrating business processes with the skills and knowledge employees need to perform duties safely and effectively.

The role partners with Engineering and Methods to research standards, and may require extended hours during storms or emergencies. Occasional travel is expected as part of training activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 4–7 years related experience.
• Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Windows and business applications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Technical Training content for new hires and incumbents to perform duties safely and per Delivery procedures (50%).
• Design, develop and maintain complex technical training materials through the systematic training process.
• Collaborate with curriculum committees to determine technical requirements and priorities for training programs.
• Work with line and training contacts to develop performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust program design to improve efficiency.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
