Job summary

You will lead the development of complex training materials, partnering with Engineering and Methods teams to research standards and procedures, and deliver training aligned with Delivery procedures. Travel may be required for storms or energy delivery emergencies.

Qualifications

• Strong written, verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Experience with evaluating training effectiveness and feedback loops.
• Ability to manage large-scale training projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training content for new hires and incumbents.
• Design and maintain complex training materials using systematic training approaches.
