You will partner with engineering and methods teams, supervise content development, and oversee large-scale training projects, including storm coverage. The role requires a Bachelor's in Business or related field and 4–7 years' experience, plus strong communication and coaching skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor's in Business or related and 4–7 years relevant experience.
• Alternate: 6–9 years experience in lieu of degree.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training for new hires and incumbents safely.
• Design, develop and maintain complex training materials.
• Coordinate with curriculum committees to set technical requirements.
• Collaborate to develop performance improvement solutions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and update programs accordingly.
• Manage large-scale training projects.
