Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking a Training Professional to partner with instructional designers and SMEs to create engaging training programs for casino table systems. The role involves leading in-person and online training, gathering feedback to improve usability, and coordinating with product, SQA, and development teams.

Some travel may be required. The ideal candidate has a related bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of training experience, SQL proficiency, and the ability to obtain gaming licenses where

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience of dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
• Experience with running queries in SQL.
• Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
• Valid gaming card and/or the ability to obtain required jurisdictional licenses.
• Must be at least 21 years of age, as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer.
• Work with SMEs and identify training needs.
• Provide product feedback and work with stakeholders to improve functionality, usability, and serviceability of table systems products.
• Act as a liaison and represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
• Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions for internal and external clients.
• Research and apply emerging technology and concepts to educational initiatives.
• Actively teach and support all training programs within the product lines with minimal supervision.
• Partner with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed of new products and services.
