Job summary

Playtech is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new and current staff in our Pennsylvania operations.

You will train dealers and shufflers, evaluate performance, and maintain training materials to ensure high standards across shifts. The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older and able to obtain required licenses.
• At least one year of training-related experience is required.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred to support role-specific needs.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and email communications.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods and use diverse formats.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs based on organizational needs.
• Train new employees on game procedures, posture, and company standards.
• Develop evaluations and motivate employees to achieve knowledge goals.
• Monitor training progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Create, improve, and maintain training materials to ensure quality.
• Lead and motivate staff, coordinate with Operations Manager.
