Job summary

Light & Wonder is expanding its Gaming training team in Las Vegas, delivering engaging programs for table systems to casino partners worldwide. You will partner with instructional designers, work with SMEs, and ensure effective transfer of knowledge.

The role leads live in-person and online sessions, applies emerging edtech concepts, and collaborates with developers, SQA, and product management to stay current.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of dedicated training or teaching experience.
• Experience with running queries in SQL.
• Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for licenses.

Responsibilities

• Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer.
• Lead live in-person training and web-based training sessions for internal and external clients.
• Identify training needs with SMEs and key stakeholders.
• Provide product feedback and work with stakeholders to improve functionality and usability of table systems.
• Represent the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
• Research and apply emerging technology to educational initiatives.
