Job summary

Light & Wonder, Inc. seeks a Training Specialist to design and deliver engaging training for casino table systems. You will partner with instructional designers, work with SMEs, and collect feedback to improve product usability.

You will lead live and virtual sessions for clients and internal teams, and stay abreast of emerging educational technologies. The role requires a related bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in training, SQL experience, and the ability to obtain gaming licenses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in dedicated training, teaching, or related experience.
Experience with running queries in SQL.
Casino operations and gaming experience a plus.
Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Partner with instructional designers to create engaging training programs for table systems that enhance retention and transfer.
Work with SMEs and identify training needs.
Provide product feedback and collaborate with stakeholders to improve table systems functionality and usability.
Act as liaison for the technical training team in new product reviews, builds, and approvals.
Lead live in-person and web-based training sessions for internal and external clients.
Research and apply emerging technology to educational initiatives.
Teach and support all training programs within product lines with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with developers, SQA, and product management to stay informed of new products and services.
