Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in aviation technology, engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• 4+ years in technical training or related field with advanced e-learning and LMS experience.
• Strong verbal and technical written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across engineering disciplines and manage multiple projects.
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of FAA Part 145, DCMA standards, AS9100, OSHA rules.
• Proficiency with PLM, MES, Tracking+ systems.
• Experience using and training on tools such as Palantir, MES modules, AM2, and related platforms.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor new team members in using key systems (PLM, MES, Tracking+).
• Instruct personnel on compliance with FAA Part 145, DCMA, AS9100, OSHA, and company procedures.
• Demonstrate expertise with supporting tools like Palantir, MES modules, AM2, and maintenance scheduling.
• Guide staff to locate operational resources (ORC, AMM).
• Provide instruction on digital tools (eDR, SNC Chat, OneSNC.ai, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and regulatory requirements to ensure best practices.
