Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Technical Trainer to develop and implement advanced technical training for internal and external customers. The role combines on-site and remote delivery, aligning learning with capability delivery and strategic goals.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to design immersive, scalable training assets and ensure secure, compliant content across all platforms. A strong focus on measurable outcomes and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related area.
• 6+ years of experience in technical training.
• Experience substituting education with related experience accepted.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Discover training needs and plan with audiences, outcomes, timelines, and success metrics.
• Design, develop, and deliver training for new systems and technologies including XR and AI.
• Coordinate with program teams and IT/Cybersecurity to ensure secure training environments.
• Own training initiatives from intake to delivery and follow-up, tracking effectiveness.
