Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of technician experience or related field.
• Higher level degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to read schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals.
• Progressive troubleshooting experience.
• Thorough understanding of electrical wiring concepts.
• Ability to travel outside the continental US.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert-level maintenance and repairs on complex aerospace and defense systems.
• Independently manage field service projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Diagnose and resolve the most challenging technical issues.
• Lead and mentor junior and mid-level technicians, providing guidance.
• Develop and deliver advanced training programs for customers and internal teams.
• Maintain detailed records of field activities and equipment status.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Oversee inventory management for spare parts and tools.
• Generate comprehensive technical reports and present findings.
• Travel extensively to customer sites, potentially internationally.
