Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Technical Trainer III to lead the development and delivery of comprehensive technical training content for both internal teams and external customers. You will support on-site and remote client training, advising on training materials and ensuring alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical training or related field.
• Experience with FAA Part 145 repair station regulations, DCMA standards, AS9100, OSHA rules.
• Experience with PLM, MES, Tracking+ systems; familiarity with ORC and AMM.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical training content for internal and external customers.
• Provide on-site and remote client training and support.
• Mentor and train new team members on systems and procedures.
• Collaborate with product management, engineers, and program managers to ensure effective training programs.
