Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of avionics experience; higher degree may substitute for experience.
• Advanced avionics knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Lead installation and maintenance of avionics equipment.
• Diagnose and repair complex avionics issues.
• Conduct comprehensive testing of avionics systems.
• Document maintenance activities accurately.
• Ensure compliance with FCC, FAA and company standards.
• Provide mentoring to junior technicians.
