Qualifications

• 5+ years of full‑time experience as a dedicated Talent Acquisition Sourcer, in aerospace, defense, technology, or high growth industries.
• Proven expertise sourcing for technical and niche engineering roles.
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with ATS such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives for technical roles using advanced tools.
• Own search strategy development and proactive outreach campaigns.
• Engage passive candidates through creative outreach and referral campaigns.
• Build and maintain pipelines for hard‑to‑fill roles and future needs.
• Conduct high‑level screenings and interviews for skills and cultural fit.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and compensation benchmarks.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate search efforts.
• Champion diversity sourcing and optimize candidate experience.
• Contribute to recruitment marketing and talent community engagement.
• Track and report key sourcing metrics to improve outcomes.
