Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to manage full-cycle recruitment at their Global Headquarters in Long Beach, CA. This 6-month temporary role involves engaging with hiring managers, sourcing diverse candidates, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.

Based out of Rocket Lab’s Global Headquarters in Long Beach, CA, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike to fill highly critical roles.
This is a full life‑cycle recruitment position – you will own everything from initial sourcing and screening to extending offers.
*This is a 6‑month fixed‑term role for immediate hire, with the potential opportunity to convert to full‑time employment upon term completion. This role sits onsite at our Long Beach, CA headquarters – remote work is not considered for this position.*
Base salary range: $75,000 – $95,000 (CA only).
