Job summary

Rocket Lab Corporation in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner II to own full lifecycle recruitment for production roles on an onsite basis. This 8-month fixed-term position partners with hiring managers to define requirements, screens candidates, extends offers, and builds a diverse pipeline to support Rocket Lab’s growing programs.

You will travel as needed and collaborate with multiple sites while contributing to Rocket Lab’s mission to open access to space and expand

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-time, full-cycle recruiting experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner to hiring managers and business unit leaders
• Partner with hiring managers to determine the requirements and expectations for open positions
• Manage the full hiring life-cycle, from initial sourcing and screening to extending offers
• Screen candidates for open roles and guide them through the interview process
• Build a diverse pipeline of talent through sourcing, cold calling, phone screens, and networking
• Utilize the ATS (Greenhouse) to build reports and analyze recruiting metrics
• Travel as needed to support hiring efforts at other sites (Wallops Island, MD; Middle River, MD)
