Job summary

Rocket Lab USA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern in Long Beach, CA, on-site for a minimum 12 consecutive weeks starting May or June 2027. You will support sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding activities across functions.

Gain hands-on experience under mentors and a structured TA program. You’ll develop recruiting skills, attend industry talks, and network with interns and staff while contributing to hiring initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields and have at least one semester remaining post internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• 3+ months of corporate function experience within recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Support full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to coordinating interviews.
• Assist in screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Support hiring initiatives and onboarding processes.
• Engage with People & Culture processes related to recruitment.
