You will gain hands-on exposure to People & Culture processes that connect directly to recruitment and onboarding, with mentorship and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment. This internship emphasizes practical growth and professional networking.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s, master’s or doctorate program in Business Administration, Communications, Human Resources or related fields with at least one semester remaining after the internship.
• GPA of 3.0 or above.
• At least 3 months of corporate recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Support full talent acquisition lifecycle: sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Assist in hiring initiatives and hiring process improvements.
• Gain exposure to People & Culture processes tied to recruitment and onboarding.
