• Experience owning full-cycle recruitment in-house for technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and close high-quality technical candidates.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to shape hiring strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive, data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication in English and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Engineering and Product from brief to offer.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and act as a trusted adviser on strategy.
• Proactively source, engage and close top technical talent.
• Define and adapt recruitment strategy based on data and market insights.
• Lead kickoff and calibration to convert business needs into candidate profiles.
• Ensure efficient interview processes and strong candidate experience.
• Navigate offers, counter-offers and closing conversations confidently.
