Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead engineering-focused talent acquisition across the business. You will partner with technical leadership to design effective strategies, build a strong candidate pipeline, and guide candidates through a streamlined hiring process.

With 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting, you’ll influence hiring decisions through data, market insights, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience, focused on Engineering hiring.
• Experience recruiting across a range of technical functions.
• Proven track record building strong technical teams in scaling environments.
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and influence decisions with data and market insights.
• Strong sourcing skills and pipeline development for hard-to-fill roles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, low-ego approach with multi-search management.
• Experience mentoring teammates.
• Strong awareness of market trends in technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and technical leadership to understand hiring needs and advise on recruiting best practices.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs.
• Provide market insights on compensation, role scope, and competitiveness to hiring managers.
• Lead sourcing initiatives to engage top-tier, passive candidates across technical disciplines.
• Use recruiting data to track pipeline health, time-to-fill, and performance metrics.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and candidate experience.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System (Ashby).
• Mentor teammates to elevate recruiting performance.
• Collaborate with Total Rewards, People Ops, and HR Business Partners to support hiring outcomes.
