Job summary

Applied Systems is seeking a Technical Recruiter focused on Engineering and technical hiring. You will partner with technical leadership to build effective recruiting strategies, identify high-quality talent, and guide candidates through a seamless hiring process.

Qualifications

5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience.
Experience recruiting across Engineering and other technical disciplines.
Ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers using data and market insights.

Responsibilities

Partner with Engineering leadership to understand hiring needs and provide strategic guidance.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding and offer negotiation.
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future needs.
Advise managers on market dynamics, compensation insights, and talent strategies.
Lead sourcing initiatives to engage top passive candidates in technical roles.
Use recruiting metrics to report on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
