• Strong technical fluency and understanding of architectures, data, AI capabilities.
• Consultative approach with senior stakeholders and clear judgment.
• Advanced sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market intelligence.
• Commitment to equitable hiring practices and evidence-based assessment.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for complex technical searches from intake to closing.
• Advise executives and hiring leaders to clarify needs and align on profiles.
• Build proactive pipelines for scarce skills including AI/ML, data, and security.
• Use data to diagnose funnel health and adjust sourcing or compensation strategies.
• Strengthen assessment quality and ensure inclusive hiring processes.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience reflecting the brand.
• Support workforce planning with external talent insights and headcount planning.
• Scale recruiting practices with improved playbooks and AI-enabled tools.
