Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced recruitment professional to own the end-to-end hiring process for technical and engineering roles. You will source, engage, and attract qualified candidates while building robust pipelines across multiple workstreams.

You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage interviews and negotiations, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
• Experience recruiting technical/engineering roles.
• Ability to influence hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop pipelines for multiple tech workstreams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and candidate profiles.
• Lead interviews, negotiations, and offer discussions.
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain candidate relationships.
• Provide data-driven hiring updates and recruiting metrics.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
