Job summary

SES is seeking a Specialist, Talent Acquisition to lead full cycle recruitment across technical and non-technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and HC colleagues to deliver exceptional candidate experiences. You will design talent strategies, manage open requisitions, and represent SES at events and in markets to attract top talent globally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally combining both technical and non-technical hiring in global environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for STEM/technology roles as well as corporate, commercial, and leadership positions.
• Proven ability to manage up to 15-20 requisitions concurrently while delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Highly proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and a range of sourcing tools and methodologies, with strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Experience building employer brand partnerships and leveraging events and talent marketing initiatives to enhance talent attraction, pipeline generation, and market visibility.

Responsibilities

• Design processes and talent strategies for key technical areas of the business.
• Partner with business stakeholders to build recruitment plans supporting growing areas.
• Manage full cycle recruitment and end-to-end management of open requisitions, including intake calls, posting ads, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and contracts.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with candidates, colleagues, and business leaders; provide data-informed insights for hiring decisions.
• Act as brand ambassador for SES and participate in events to attract talent and enhance visibility.
