SGS Consulting in the United States is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage end-to-end candidate experience from initial contact to job offer, aligning with our values. You will use global tools to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for current and anticipated vacancies.

You will screen and interview candidates, build talent pools in our systems, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure sourcing strategies meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Fluent in English; bilingual English & French preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of agile hiring approaches.
• Ability to identify, assess and hire suitable candidates.
• Understanding of labour market trends.
• Familiarity with interviewing techniques.
• Understanding of company values and branding.

• Uses global tools and direct recruiting techniques to attract qualified candidates.
• Communicates effectively and proactively throughout the process.
• Builds and maintains talent pools in software systems.
• Screens and interviews candidates and prepares slate on schedule.
• Maintains strong relations with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies.
• Integrates Diversity, Equality and Inclusion into recruitment.
