Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates quickly.
• Conduct interviews to verify information for evaluation.
• Manage and optimize accounts on major recruiting platforms.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline, including internships.
• Establish relationships with third-party agencies and university centers.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assess candidates by role requirements.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and data.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
