Axon is offering a Senior Technical Support Representative opportunity reserved for registered AfroTech attendees, as part of our recruiting experience. This role focuses on delivering first-class technical support across software, hardware, and network questions with a customer-centric mindset.

Location: onsite four days a week in Boston, MA, Scottsdale, AZ, or Atlanta, GA (weekend availability required). Base pay ranges from $21.89 to $42.02 per hour, with competitive benefits and a commitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years technical support experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multilingual a plus.
• Proficient with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Must pass a CJIS background check.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across software, hardware, and networking.
• Build and maintain subject matter expertise on Axon products and policies.
• Assist customers using problem-solving skills and empathy.
• Report bugs and trends to stakeholders and suggest process improvements.
