Axway is seeking an Internal Tech Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and hardware/software support for a global team, including Europe and the USA. Location is Scottsdale, AZ, with onsite presence 4-5 days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar Tech Support/IT role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Image deployment and software installation; initial configuration and tool settings.
• Manage stock of hardware and accessories.
• Provide professional support via phone, email, and web tickets.
• Troubleshoot and replicate issues; guide users to solutions.
• Create knowledge base articles per guidelines to support self-help.
