Job summary

Axway is seeking an Internal Tech Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and hardware/software support for our global team from the Scottsdale, AZ office. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, workstation setup (mobile and fixed), and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities include image deployment, software installation, asset management, and ticketing with SMAX. Strong communication and proactive service mindset are essential in this dynamic onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to form effective interpersonal relationships with management and technical teams; strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Image deployment, software installation, initial configuration, and management tool settings.
• Manage hardware and accessories stock.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email or web tickets in a professional manner.
• Provide troubleshooting and reproduce/duplicate issues.
• Create knowledge base articles to support self-help and reduce ticket volume.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies relevant to the role.
• Safeguard data by following Axway policies and proper use of Axway equipment.
