SentinelOne is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Services Operations, to drive execution across multiple high-priority workstreams in Customer Outcomes. You will own threat intelligence partnerships, AI model program management, and strategic projects, coordinating with ThreatOps, Engineering, Product, and external partners to meet milestones and quality goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, project management, or service delivery.
• Experience managing external vendor and partner relationships with governance and SLAs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML model deployment and vendor model access programs.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Drive program execution across multiple high-priority workstreams within Customer Outcomes.
• Coordinate threat intelligence partnerships, AI model program management, and strategic projects.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts, data-sharing, and performance tracking.
