Job summary

KFI Engineers is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to lead complex engineering projects within the Utilities & Central Energy group. The role requires extensive technical expertise, client interaction, and mentorship of junior engineers across multiple projects in a US-based environment.

Responsibilities include directing project execution, developing standards, and contributing to business development efforts.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline and a P.E. license.
• 15+ years of engineering and project delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of codes, standards, and best practices.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise complex engineering projects and teams.
• Provide technical consultation and guidance to project teams.
• Lead or mentor peers and less experienced staff through project work.
• Develop standards, reports, and presentations for clients and internal reviews.
